The following article was written by Neil Brick, the editor of S.M.A.R.T. Please use caution while reading. It may be triggering.

This is always a tough time of year for me. With Halloween, Christmas and the increasing darkness and cold weather, it becomes a time of looking inward. There’ll be no more going swimming in the local pond and no more laying outside to get a suntan.

There are always the reminders of the rituals I went through during my childhood and teenage years. Ghosts, goblins, skeletons, witches and other macabre images. Then there is Christmas with the man in the red suit, Jesus on the cross, the constant songs, pictures and other images that I seem to be bombarded with for several months. With Halloween it is somewhat possible to avoid a lot of the symbolism and triggers, but with Christmas it is almost impossible.

The challenge for me is to get even stronger than I was the year before. At this I always succeed. I work even harder on my job, personal life, physical health and, of course, the newsletter. There is no turning back. No matter how strong the movement to stop ritual abuse is, it has to get even stronger. This means I need to keep getting stronger also. And I am.

Some ritual abuse newsletters are talking about stopping publication or have stopped publication. Some organizations that fight ritual abuse have closed their doors. Some organizations have allegedly been coopted by other organizations that may not be sympathetic to stopping ritual abuse, cults and mind control. This only means that we have to keep getting stronger. Keep speaking out when we are ready and we feel safe. Keep supporting those organizations that are fighting against ritual abuse and mind control. The fight is for each of us and for all of us. It is for those still in the cults and groups that can’t get out. This includes those that are still children and those in denial that are not strong enough to get out. We must never give up.

I cannot turn my back on those still in cults. When I forget where I came from, I leave myself open to my own denial. I will never go back. I am sure of this. I will only get stronger and become a better person and help others to do the same.

The newsletter has been getting stronger and stronger also. This summer, we got a new computer. This new computer helps us increase the number of people S.M.A.R.T. can reach and help. We now have a new and improved home page and a brand new resource list to help survivors and co-survivors. Our subscription rate via U.S. Mail and the Internet has been steadily increasing. More and more organizations are receiving our newsletter and are hearing about our organization. S.M.A.R.T. plans on continuing to get stronger each and every year. There is no turning back. The evils that people sometimes do to each other must be stopped. We cannot forget the past. We must learn from it and work to change the present for a better future.

The following article comes from a radio interview between Wayne Morris (interviewer) and Claudia Mullen (alleged mind control survivor) on CKLN FM 88.1 Ryerson Polytechnic University, Toronto, INTERNATIONAL CONNECTION – Tape 15A. Details on how to receive this interview will follow the article. Please use caution while reading. It may be triggering.

This information comes from “Part 3 of an interview” that Wayne Morris “conducted with Claudia Mullen, an alleged survivor of US government mind control. Claudia describes what she remembers of the alleged mind control experiments at Tulane University in New Orleans that started when she was eight years old. Claudia is alleging that the CIA and U.S. military experimented on her and other children using severe trauma, drugs, electroshock, hypnosis and other methods to control her. She claims she was allegedly trained to sexually please men by the CIA and was allegedly used as a young child and a young woman for sexual entrapment of military and government officials.”

In this transcript “she talks about how she was used, the doctors involved in the experiments, and the mind control projects she remembers being involved with.”

In one section, Claudia discusses how she was traumatized by some of the doctors. ” Sometimes they would allegedly send me to . . . people (they knew) in the city who were involved in the white supremacy groups . . . sometimes they would send me out to alleged Klan meetings and I would have to go to one of them at night and watch things being done to other people and then . . . have things done to me . . . be raped or eaten or whatever . . . you had enough trauma to make you forget whatever you were starting to remember. This would make it go away. Then you would forget this as soon as it happened too. Because nobody wants to remember something like that. One of the mind’s defenses I guess when something really horrible happens is to forget it right away, usually. If it’s bad enough. And then of course I had the personalities . . . they would come out for the trauma and then they would go back . . . and so Claudia would have no memory of what just happened. My shadows would, but I wouldn’t. Unless they would give me the memory, it was as if it never happened to me.”

Claudia also discussed how dissociation occurred. “They knew that I could dissociate from the beginning, so they just caused me to dissociate even more, because the more you split, the easier it was to hide what they were doing. In other words, you can only split . . . they can’t make you split, can’t make you dissociate, but they can create the circumstances that they know if you are able to dissociate you will, you will do it. Like the trauma I just described, by sending me out to an alleged Masonic Lodge for a party . . . they would send me out and they knew something horrible was going to happen to me. They knew that I would split. That someone would be created to take whatever happened that night, and probably that’s all they would do, and then they would go back, and then, you know, go to sleep, become dormant.”

Then Claudia talked about how the doctors would “cover their tracks” and about the alleged abuse in the Masonic Lodge . “So they would kind of mimic Satanic rituals to make it seem like that had happened, and if I ever told anybody, they would dismiss it right away . . . To make it seem, if I ever remembered, I would remember first the incest stuff, the stuff at home, and then it would gradually go from that to the ritual stuff. Rituals meaning either Satanic stuff across the lake . . . rituals .. . like the white supremacy groups . . . like the rituals that they do . . . burning the crosses. I mean I actually allegedly saw them kill people, black people. This is like in the early 60’s. I allegedly went to a couple of Masonic parties at a Lodge which was located right near the research building . . . the research building for animal research in New Orleans, and it is still there as a matter of fact. I have been back there. They allegedly sent me there sometimes, for certain tests, for experiments . . . there was a Masonic Lodge right around the corner from it . . . and they allegedly sent me to a couple of parties there. These people go crazy at these parties. These men, they just get drunk and . . . they pass you around . . . it’s horrible what they do. This of course makes it seem like . . . if I remember . . . well, I remember being at this party and these men were hurting me but I don’t remember doctors being involved, I don’t remember Tulane University being involved, or anybody from Maryland. I allegedly would remember this Masonic Lodge and so that’s how they cover their tracks . . .

They would allegedly make you perform sexually. They would make you watch other people perform. They would have everything you could imagine, even bringing in animals . . . and you had to watch. It’s just as bad as having it done to yourself . . . sometimes watching is just as bad . . .Especially if it’s people younger than yourself. You’re a child and you have to stand there and watch a little kid, half your age, being tortured or raped, or whatever. I mean, that’s as bad as having it done to yourself. You would almost rather it be done to you because … you know what it’s like, and you don’t want to watch it. Then they would give you the choice . . . well, then, you could take their place. And then you would have to make the decision whether it’s going to be you or her, and then if you decide not to do it, then you have to live with the guilt that it happened to someone else because you decided not to do it. So they had you either way you looked at it . . . you’re screwed either way usually. There was no way out of any of these situations.

WAYNE MORRIS:

When you remember this Lodge, did you make attempts to verify where it was?

CLAUDIA MULLEN:

Yeah, we went there. We went to the Lodge, talked to people, but it’s not an (alleged) Lodge anymore, it’s a public health building now. We talked to people who said, yeah, it was a Masonic Lodge at one time.”

On the rest of the transcript of Tape 15A, Claudia talks about more about mind control programming and some of the alleged connections between the various doctors and others involved. These people allegedly included: Sidney Gottlieb, Martin Orne (who is allegedly on the FMSF Scientific and Professional Advisory Board), Dr. Steven Aldridge, Morse Allen, Dr. Ewen Cameron (mentioned in “The Search for the Manchurian Candidate”), Dr. Heath and Mr. Fenner.

There is also a transcript available of the lecture Valerie Wolfe, a therapist who gave a lecture at the Believe the Children Conference in Chicago in April 1997 entitled ASSESSMENT AND TREATMENT OF SURVIVORS OF SADISTIC ABUSE. Valerie Wolf is the therapist of Claudia Mullen and Chris Denicola Ebner, both of whom gave testimony at the Radiation hearings. In this presentation, Valerie talks about her approaches in helping to heal mind control survivors and the techniques allegedly used by the CIA to control their victims. Dear Neil,

Thanks for sending your newsletter. I found it very inspiring and informative.

In any case, I’m proud to be part of those survivors, whom you apparently feel, have touched others in some small way. I hope I have made some difference in helping all of us through these difficult times. More importantly, I want to bring all of us closer; so that the “bottom feeders” cannot ever separate us or introduce any dissent among us.

I think that’s (allegedly) been the main goal of those involved in the FMSF movement and other groups that would love to see us tuck in our wings and hide in fear.

We must not be silent; nor must we ever hide again. Now, we ARE the ones who are speaking out and people are actually listening to US! Not them. . . for the first time, we have the upper hand. We must keep that strong hold!

The following letter was edited by S.M.A.R.T. for legal reasons:
I would like to hear from others who are survivors of alleged abuse by members of the intersystem cult in the government of McClain and Cleveland Counties of Oklahoma, many of whom I believe may be Masons. Please send information to Survivor, P O Box 6521, Norman, OK 73070. Also, there are allegedly two cults in rural McClain County of Oklahoma. One allegedly includes drug dealers and child rapists. The other is an alleged Pentacostal cult of child rapists who use religion, where as the first cult uses drugs. I have two daughters who have multiple personality disorder from their abuse; their ages are 18 and 20. Also, I would like to hear from anyone that has information about a counselor who allegedly poses as an incest therapist so he can allegedly rape women. He is not qualified as an incest therapist. He came from Boston and some of his abuse occurred in Boston and other eastern states. There were allegedly rituals in the woods near a hildren’s home for boys in an eastern state. He is in his mid 50’s.

In the newspaper article, Slain Boy Remembered at Wake (Daily Hampshire Gazette, Northampton, MA. 10/10/97, Pg. 10, Cambridge (AP)), people mourned the death of 10 year old Jeffrey Curley. The boy was kidnapped and killed and dumped into a Maine river. A neighbor of the boy and his acquaintance are being held in the killing, accused of luring him into their car with the promise of a bicycle. Literature was found in the suspects’ car published by North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA), an organization that allegedly advocates sex between men and boys. NAMBLA members have condemned the crime, saying they do not advocate nonconsentual sex.
