The conference was an excellent one. Many survivors and therapists from all of the country came to learn about healing from abuse. Many ritual abuse survivors came to the conference. Federal Lawsuit Article

The following article was sent to us by a subscriber. It has been edited for length and legal reasons. Please use caution while reading. It may be triggering. The lawsuit mentioned in the article has been filed in federal court and has been neither proven nor disproven at this point. All crimes and allegations mentioned in the article are alleged.

Scott v. Mormon Church, A Federal Lawsuit Introduction by Plaintiff’s Attorney, Tim Kosnoff

On March 19, 1998, a lawsuit for damages was filed against the Mormon Church in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon in Portland, Oregon. The suit charges that church officials failed to warn or protect the plaintiff or the plaintiff’s parents from an elder and youth leader the church knew had an extensive history of sodomizing children within the church. The suit further accuses the Mormon Church of a pattern and practice of protecting pedophiles and other child sex offenders within its membership, by failing to report incidents of child sex abuse as required by law, by discouraging victims from reporting incidents of abuse to the police and by obstructing vigorous investigation of complaints of child sex abuse by civil authorities.

The case, Scott v. Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and Gregory Lee Foster, 98-366 AA, (hereinafter Scott v. LDS), accuses the church of knowingly retaining Franklyn Richard Curtis, known by the church to be a predatory pedophile, to participate as a leader in LDS Church youth activities, of knowingly failing to report Curtis’ sexual molestations of Mormon children to law enforcement authorities as required by law, of knowingly failing to warn the members of the LDS Church about the danger Curtis presented to children and of knowingly failing to protect children from Curtis’ sexual abuse.

Survivor Article

The following article was sent to us by a subscriber. The article has been edited for length and legal reasons. Please use caution while reading. It may be triggering.

The alleged intersystem cult not only wouldn’t file charges for alleged rape in ’94, or for alleged drug dealing or alleged rape in ’95 and ’96, they allegedly had a man rape me about a month after I was attacked by an alleged child sexual abuse and alleged drug dealer from central Okla. He allegedly attacked me about a week after a cult member was arrested for pot. Although I didn’t learn of this until about nine months later, I was somehow blamed for his having been arrested for pot. He may be connected to a cult originally of central Okla., currently in Colorado. He allegedly poses there as a counselor in family/marriage counseling and is said to have a radio show about drugs and kids which could possibly give him access to kids there.

He has allegedly drugged his son the past few years (whom he allegedly had sexually abused), my oldest daughter in ’91 and ’92, (I have several writings from my daughter about these incidents written prior to a judge allegedly having stopped her MPD therapy) and is afraid his son will tell. His son has been allegedly in and out of jail in Denver area for the past few years.

A man who the system has tried allegedly to use against me since ’94, was allegedly raped at age 3 by his uncle, he was also allegedly sexually abused near Bakersfield CA, by his mother and father, as an infant and child. His father was an alleged Mason and cop who he saw allegedly kill a man outside of cop duty and allegedly acted as if it were cop duty.

Another man, one of the alleged satanic cult members that an alleged intersystem cult member judge allegedly illegally removed my protective order from in ’94, also has roots near Bakersfield, CA, that is where his mother, is from. She has allegedly had sex with her 10 year old son. She was investigated in ’97 also ineffectively after her 10 year old son was allegedly caught attempting intercourse with his 6 year old sister.

We would be protected from other cult members had not alleged the intersystem cult member judge illegally removed my protective order from them in ’94, the same month my oldest daughter had surgery on her cervix which need for was allegedly caused by violation of my protective order by a cultist who the alleged intersystem cult would not file charges against for violation of the protective order before they illegally removed it in 1-’94.

After a cult member’s attack, someone put names on a computer under my name that were allegedly names of a cult member’s old girlfriends, someone messed with one of my utility bills, someone posed as me and had hospital lab tests done for which they tried to charge me, someone has messed with my car for the past year or so. Someone messed with my mail a week prior to my court date, where he allegedly tried to attack me at court, where they failed to file charges against him.

I have felt that it is my responsibility as a mother, as a cult survivor, as an incest survivor, to help my daughters to recovery. My responsibility to protect my daughters from the alleged Pentecostal and satanic cults of Oklahoma, to teach them self-love and recovery, to teach them to prosecute perps and tell on perps, to help them understand and delete self-destructive behaviors.

I was doing that until the alleged intersystem cult interfered by removing the protective order I had against the alleged Satanists, by allegedly
failing to allow me to have a therapist qualified in MPD therapy(by telling
me, no I could not change therapists for my daughter and the one who promoted the alleged Satanists would not admit she was not qualified in MPD therapy, although several incidents proved her lacking, she also had some kind of contract with them) by failing to issue warrants on reports I did against alleged Pentecostal perpetrators in 2 counties of DA’s offices, police depts…, and child welfare, and against alleged satanic cult members for alleged child sexual abuse, drug dealing, and rape.

The alleged intersystem cult owes me, my daughters and my granddaughter more amends as time passes.

The deputies and other enforcement officers who are a part of the cults continue to stalk as they allegedly allow the alleged abuse of my granddaughter and my daughter.

S.M.A.R.T. has learned that Elizabeth Loftus is president of the American Psychological Society and that Ralph Underwager has been approved for Fellow status in the American Psychological Society. Loftus is a False Memory Syndrome Foundation Scientific and Professional Advisory Board member (1997) and Underwager was in the past. Underwager is also known for allegedly giving an interview to the Dutch “pedophilia-rights” magazine “Paedika”. S.M.A.R.T. wants to thank a subscriber for this information.

From the New York Times, 4/5/98, London “…the British government is trying to make it (the Freemasonry membership list) public. In March, Home Secretary, Jack Straw, demanded that judges who are Masons be publicly identified. He said that if he doesn’t get voluntary compliance, the government will pass a law compelling them to reveal lodge membership.” It has been alleged that there is a growing number of Masons “in positions of influence, particularly in law enforcement, and what kinds of favoured treatment they afford one another.” S.M.A.R.T. wants to thank a subscriber for this information.
