Safety Precautions by C. A. Beck (co-author of “Secret Weapons – Two Sisters’ Terrifying True Story of Sex, Spies and Sabotage” by C.A. Beck aka Cheryl Hersha and Lynn Hersha with Dale Griffis, Ph D. and Ted Schwarz. New Horizon Press, ISBN 0-88282-196-2) This may be heavy for survivors.

Keep your hands free from bags while walking – use a cart if possible to move your bags with. Bags are expendable, you are not. Also, realize, if you’re a trained assassin or courier, you will have more than adequate self-defense skills that will kick in on your behalf if necessary – and walk/talk in that confidence. I have done this more than once when somebody much bigger or stronger than I has threatened my safety/body. It’s in my calm, steady tone, eyes, and slow movement into a “ready” stance that has worked for me. After they pose their threat, I just reply, “well, if you make a move, I’ll just have to take you out…” or some such, “go ahead make my day” reply. Then you just stand and stare them down. Time stops there – you are in no hurry to go anywhere until after they back down and leave. Keep in mind that someone stopped dead in their tracks in a flow of travelers will also draw attention to you quite quickly – which they do not want to happen.

A little flash disposable camera works well in ‘peoples’ faces, as does a running mini tape recorder in the breast pocket – or a reasonable fake one. They also really hate it when you smile and wave and wink at ’em rather than getting the least bit ruffled. A small travel-sized container of baby powder/talcum, (or sock)etc…can be kept in pocket for a fluff in their face: clouding eyes, making them sneeze, and “marking them”…faking a seizure is a good attention getter for Good Sams, and to repel aggressors. Don’t allow yourself to get bunched up in crowds, but do stay among crowds. Remember you can loudly run into a “long-lost friend or relative” embracing them and having a scene with them to scare off tails – or invent a fictitious celebrity to recognize and shout after to get their autograph.

I know you are very, very creative…this should give you some ideas. Stand out in a crowd – bright clothes vs. mundane, as you would already be spotted by a tail, bright clothes would be easy to spot if anyone noticed you in a struggle with someone – help could then spot you easily.

Respond in a “foreign” language to anyone who makes a beeline for you to ask directions, etc… there are plenty of others in the crowd they can get help from if they are legit – don’t take on any responsibility but for yourself and safe passage. Period. And always, always walk with your head held high, chin up, and making eye contact with everyone oncoming. Even if you get apprehensive, keep your stride confident, yet casual – never let them see ya sweat, so to speak. No matter how much of an “earthquake” is going on inside if you believe you’re being followed, stay calm, and suspend time pressures. If you were heading for a lone stairwell, or other isolated area, swing round and go sit down with a cup of coffee or something. They are the ones on a timed assignment – you change the rules. Fake phone calls can work too. Another effective tool is to turn the tables and make them your target. A small pocket pad and pen can be whipped out to start “taking notes” on them, or sketching them…be very obvious you are studying them – they bug out on that one easily.

When I got tailed in the Seattle airport, I had a heap of fun making the too noticeable idiot a nervous wreck – so much so, he never turned the page of the newspaper he was “reading” in the 20 min. we sat waiting to board. He sat in first class on the plane, of course, he was obviously sweating and agitated, I “accidently” bumped his arm, smiled and winked. His face turned bright purple with anger and I laughed my ass off back to my coach seat. He was nowhere to be found after we landed.

Keep in mind that a former victim now remembering is a dangerously noticeable and unpredictable target in a crowded area – as they do not know from one day to the next what programming has unraveled, and what is intact. Most of their very public antics are just to intimidate and harass.

If you feel a “trigger” sensation shoot through your body, grab your left wrist tightly, or press it down on a hard surface. This is a “hold” touch cue – keeping the present personality from switching. Do not touch your forehead or rub your eyes even if the compulsion is there. A universal touch trigger seems to be a squeeze between your neck and left shoulder on top. Don’t let strangers maneuver themselves to access that point. A whistle is a nice addition to a necklace or key chain while traveling as well…and keys between knuckles are a nice addition to a knuckle sandwich if needed. I would guess all of we MKUltra survivors have been well trained in hand to hand combat. However, it’s good to brush up on moves now and then to keep your confidence level up, and reassure fearful or vulnerable personalities, like “littles,” that you are a competent, aware adult. My kids are older, so I have taught and practiced moves with them. An agreement among personalities that a strong, protector alter gets to be the sole personality in control if a threat is perceived has been a very effective tool for me. In that way, fearful parts can hide safely away, and you will be able to walk in awareness and confidence, without having to battle inside yourself with overcoming fearful emotions.

Finally, remember their only real power is secrecy. You have the right to enjoy traveling and meeting new people. I find people fascinating, and always engage myself in conversation with someone standing in lines, seated in buses, planes, etc… Not only will you have a great time, but you will also have instant allies surrounding you if you’re part of a group, rather than being self-isolated. I’ve never had to use physical force with “tails” or “perps,” a simple conveyance of the fact that I know who they are and what they’re up to via methods discussed above has sufficed.

Truth vs. the Lie: My Matrix Programming Revealed by C.A.Beck This may be very heavy for survivors. You may want to read this with a support person.

As a survivor of MKUltra’s Monarch Program, I had a “diamond matrix inside my head” of how alters and memories were stored and ordered with strict rules and regulations pertaining to its navigation. At the tender age of six years, I believed this matrix had been bored into my head through an elaborate programming session in which drugs, torture, and electric shock had been used; thus, I came to believe it was an actual physical construct inside my head.

The truth is, whatever is in our “head,” is stored there by our own creative imagination in order to survive. The programmers could not actually place these things physically into our head. What they did do, was create the overwhelming trauma that compelled us to incorporate the lie of the matrix, with all its complexities and confusion.

My matrix was a diamond which could be opened at the middle front, each side opening outward – as you would open French patio doors. Now open, the matrix resembled a butterfly (Monarch program construct), with my body, the alpha core, in the center. This front side was the “open access” side; if ever I began remembering the RA/MC abuse, I would remember everything stored in the facets of this side only.

My front side, as is common to the matrix program, contained the memories and alters of ritual abuse. The facets of the diamond are mirror-like, taking one image (traumatic memory or alter), and making it multiply by dozens. Thus, the pain, confusion, and task of working through the trauma seems too overwhelming, with no way out – like a house of mirrors. Here I wandered, believing I had to figure out the complex belief systems of the RA I suffered, such as the Kabbalah, Rosicrucianism, Freemasonry, and the like. The more knowledge I acquired, the further away from true healing I became. The open access side is “open,” because it is there to insure the survivor will wander lost inside for a lifetime, without ever getting to the memories and alters stored in the back side of the matrix. This, for me, was called, “The Dark Side of the Moon.” It was in the dark side that the MC alters and memories were stored. I was never meant to get there, and true to the Monarch programming, there was an intense fear that my family and I would be killed if I transgressed the “law” of the matrix, and began remembering the government abuse – much less break the silence in therapy.

Thankfully, it slowly got from my “head knowledge” as an adult, into my “knower” (heart/mind), that there was no literal construct in my head. The mirror-like facets were actually child-alter fragments doing the job they needed to do to keep us alive. All the rules and regulations, magnified traumas, threats, internal perps, etc… were all internally created by me, not the programmers; thus, these were all pieces of me, doing a job that would prevent further torture, and keep me from getting killed. In other words, doing whatever needed to be done to insure my survival.

It was the wisdom and knowledge I gained from the late Valerie Wolf, M.S.W., that now resonated within my “knower”; to paraphrase: “whether it’s a “good” job or a “bad job,” it’s all done to insure your survival and keep you from further harm.” As my teenage daughter would say, “it’s all good.” In this life-changing moment, I finally “got it.” All the facets and mirrors were just traumatized kids doing a job. I congratulated them all on their outstanding jobs – well-done, and promoted them to integrating with my main protector alter, Sarge, to which they readily agreed. Certainly being a big, strong Army helicopter pilot with extensive combat training and weapons that would “take out” anyone that threatened us, is much more an exciting job to a six-year-old than being a helpless mirror. The “matrix” dissolved in that instant, freeing up all the remaining kids I had not already integrated in therapy. All were shuttled to my internal “safe place” to wait their turn to tell their story and integrate. Without the facets, those alters were only a relatively small number, and the rest of integration went very rapidly, and mostly spontaneously.

The truth is: survivors of RA/MC are incredibly intelligent, creative and resourceful human beings who overcame evil adults even as very small children. I marvel at the triumph of our spirits, and the amount of creative intelligence, with all its intricate checks and balances, that we maintain for decades to insure our survival. I hate the term “Dissociative Identity Disorder,” as if it is a “mental illness”; it should be more like: Triumphant Dissociative Identity Survival Mechanism, or some such term. It’s your brain, it’s your heart, it’s your extraordinary will to survive and undefeatable spirit that got you this far. The only thing “they” did was commit the most abhorrent evils known to mankind, thinking themselves to be gods…and all along, they could not even begin to outsmart we the children! Hah! And, that, my precious, amazing fellow survivors, is the truth! C.A.Beck

Letter from a Subscriber (Please use caution while reading this. All accusations are alleged.)

I address this letter to all those who are strong enough in their recovery from their abuse by Masons to come to action on behalf of ourselves and all those who continue to suffer. We have courageously joined together on web sites such as SMART, sharing pieces of our stories, giving glimmers of the horrors we have suffered by the hands of an ancient and still revered organization. We seek information, validation and healing from each other in a world of skeptics that scoff at our pain, implying there is some collective delusion that gives birth to our wild tales. We are shamed and silenced not only by the insidious programming of our torturers but also by the coldness of the general public, the government, even professional therapists who demand hard evidence of our claims. They disempower us with misguided theories of False Memory Syndrome and various and sundry insinuations of psychoses that surely must impair our minds. It is time that we give them a wake up call and rouse them from their blinding slumber.

I am encouraged and inspired by the recent valiant efforts of those abused by Catholic priests to come forward and hold the Catholic Church accountable for their horrendous conspiracy to cover up the vile actions of their clergy. The strength of their call for justice is drawn from the numbers of victims who are willing to come forward. As this group bravely confronts their abusers in a public forum, they shred the veil of secrecy and corrupt power. Under intense scrutiny by both the media and the government, the Catholic Church is now called to task to protect future victims and help heal all those who have suffered endlessly in forced silence. We too must bring to light what evil lurks in the depths of Freemasonry that remains for the most part potent and unchecked.

I appeal to all who can understand that the power of truth and love can break through and nullify even the most dense darkness. As we heal we do so by and with love, not with the same hatred and vengeance that injured and tortured us. If we can come together and form a collective voice to educate the public and help debunk the myths that encourage disbelief, we can accomplish great things that will help ourselves and hopefully spare future victims. We can hold the Freemasons accountable and equally call their organization to the task of eliminating their practices of S.R.A. I have the idea of compiling a collection of personal accounts of abuse by Masons and publishing it in the form of an anthology that would give us a powerful and compelling voice. There is enough literature published on the satanic roots and ritual secrets of Freemasonry to bolster the revelation of our experiences.

I also feel we should consider a class action suit that will apply pressure upon not only the organization but the public as well to validate and help make reparations to all of us who have committed to years of therapy in order to heal and reclaim ourselves, our lives. This would be a landmark, a watershed event that would help lend credibility to all victims of SRA by the many societies and organizations that practice it. It is time to take action, and we will be strong in a united stand.

Man guilty of bigamy, molestation, spouse abuse By Gwendolyn Crump – 7/11/02 “A 48-year-old man was convicted Wednesday in Sacramento Superior Court of bigamy, spousal abuse and molesting a daughter of one of three women he was living with….Gonzalez testified he believed in the former Mormon tenet of plural marriages but denied the rapes and molestation….The prosecution said that Gonzalez told people he was a bishop with the Mormon Church and was later excommunicated when the church learned of his multiple wives, but that was never substantiated…. In Utah last summer, Tom Green, a man with five wives and 30 children, was sentenced to five years in prison in Utah’s biggest polygamy case in nearly half a century. The panelists had recommended in June that the Rev. John E. Leonard be removed from duty and hospitalized for counseling. But Bishop Walter F. Boston Priest Handling Abuse Cases Sued, Report Says – 8/17/02 Washington (Reuters) – “A Boston priest whose responsibilities include handling cases of alleged clergy sexual abuse has been accused in a civil lawsuit of repeatedly fondling a teenage altar boy two decades ago, the Washington Post reported…Monsignor Michael Smith Foster…the archdiocese’s judicial vicar…the highest-ranking Roman Catholic priest to face sexual abuse allegations in the Boston area, the epicenter of the widening church scandal…As a judicial vicar, Foster is responsible for providing advice on canon law to church officials in cases involving issues ranging from annulments to sexual abuse…”

Magazine says German church covered up abuse, moved priest-abusers – Cologne, Germany (CNS) — The German Catholic Church has been accused of covering up cases of sexual abuse of children and of allowing priests to continue working with children, even after their activities were known. Neurobiological studies have shown that the noradrenergic stress-system is involved in enhanced encoding of emotional memories, sensitization, and fear conditioning, by way of its effects on the amygdala. Chronic stress also affects the hippocampus, a brain area involved in declarative memories, suggesting that hippocampal dysfunction may partly account for the deficits in declarative memory in PTSD-patients.
